Within the various features that Alyne offers, the ability for our customers to quickly and efficiently access the relevant information and guidance when they need it, is of utmost importance.

Detailed documentation has been integrated directly into the Alyne Help Scout Beacon. These workflow-driven articles are instantly available and intuitive to where you are within Alyne, as information automatically recommends guidance based on your current section in the App. This is a great way for Alyne Users to find the appropriate support at the click of a button.

This new feature, available to all Alyne Customers, is yet another way in which we are simplifying the risk management and compliance process, and fostering greater collaboration of teams through easier onboarding and application understanding.
