The year to date has been an interesting one with incredible change taking place across the world, impacting organisations big and small, shifting working environments and more so than ever, making the health and safety of your workforce and loved ones the top priority.
As the last months have unfolded, we have been truly thankful for the growth that has been experienced at Alyne. Since January, we have hired 22 new colleagues globally and have added a number of new nationalities to Alyne’s boiling pot of cultures – most of whom were onboarded and have commenced their journey with us, virtually.
A great milestone for us this year is that we have recently moved Alyne’s Munich HQ office into a much bigger space. After months of working remotely, this move has allowed us to reunite once again as a team – now with greater space to spread out and practice social distancing, while still reaping the benefit of operating in a collaborative and interactive work environment.
The office follows a crisp and fresh aesthetic, which is complimented by lots of natural light. We designed the office space most of all to be functionable with versatile spaces, which beyond our three primary workspaces includes lounges, creative meeting and conference rooms, a social eating area and of course a new podcast studio for The RegTech Report.
In the design of the new space, we have engaged medical advice for a smart hygiene concept in which we planned out the seating spaces, room capacities and have those who decide to join us in the office, practice social distancing and safe working.
We are very excited about this journey in our new Munich offices and look forward to the time where we can once again have our global team join us for a week of workshops and teambuilding.
