Stacking of Funnel-triggered Assessments

Controls by Standard

As you already know, a Funnel run can trigger an Assessment to be launched. Previously, for every Funnel run (of a particular Funnel), a new Assessment would be launched. We decided that it would be more intuitive for all Assessments relating to a particular Funnel to be grouped or "stacked" - i.e., all Assessments relating to a specific Funnel will now appear under a single Assessment tile. The approach is intended to minimise the number of Assessment tiles, "stacking" them as tightly as possible. There will be no migration of existing Funnel-triggered Assessments; the new behavior will only be applied to future Funnel runs.

Deleting empty Assessments

Controls by Standard

We've made it easier for Expert Users to clean up empty Assessments. Expert Users can now delete Assessments where:

      1) they have the appropriate access rights for the Assessment;
      2) the Assessment has not yet been submitted by a responder, completed or archived; and
      3) all recipients (or objects) have been removed from the Assessment.

If conditions 1) to 3) are met, then the relevant Expert User has the option to click "Remove Assessment".

Note that you will only be able to remove a recipient (or object) from an Assessment if the Assessment hasn't been submitted; if it has been commenced, but not submitted, you will still be able to remove the recipient (or object) and remove the Assessment.
