Remove Risks from Reports
Removing Risks from a Report was a feature idea from one of our customers. Imagine you got a Report with lots of Risks and you want to remove some of those based on your Risk appetite and want to focus on a subset for further analysis. You enter the Report edit mode, select Risks in the heat map and press the remove icon next to the Risk description. You can then enter a reason for removing that risk which will be added to the Risk Revision Log section of the report. If you or a colleague want to reinstate that risk again - no problem. You can do it right away in the Risk Revision log.
Filter by Commments and Reactions
Let's assume you use Reactions and Comments a lot - our cool social style features for Controls. Then you want to filter all Controls where your people have reacted with a "implemented" reaction or even a "confused" reaction. This is now just a click away in your Control Set view. Click on one of the icons of the Reaction Summary to filter by this reaction and click again to remove that filter. This works for Comments as well.
You want to quickly filter all the Assessment Responses of an Assessment Recipient where Comments were added - same feature, just one click.
We are introducing a new user interface pattern for "dangerous" activities like deleting Control Sets, Assessments and Reports: Instead of bulky popup windows asking you "Do you really want to ..." we created buttons that you need to hold for 2 seconds before releasing the button will trigger the delete. During holding the button, it will change its color into deep red so that you have visual cue when it is ready to fire. That is easy, leaves out popups and still prevents accidentally deleting your hard work.
Logout on inactivity
Our app logs you out after one day automatically. To further increase security, we detect inactivity for time span of four hors and log you out right away.
Removed the credit system
As we moved away from the credits-based billing system, we purged that from the user interface. We still keep the org log for Admin users to see what happened in the org.
- We hardened the API for user updates.
- We improved the Assessment recipient screen on mobile.
- Some German translations were just too long for buttons. We shortened them.
- We improved some visuals in Reports, e.g. in the Deviation Radar table.
